Time Travel Exercise: A Daily Practice

Enhance your time traveling skills by intentionally shifting between two days, progressively extending this practice to include more days until you explore past lives.
This is a daily exercise.
Dedicate a specific time each day to this practice, as repetition is essential.
Upon waking in the morning, rest your hands over your heart chakra and focus solely on your breath for a few moments.
Then, place your hands on your lower belly and reflect on yesterday.
This involves conversing with the version of yourself who performed the same exercise the previous morning.
Consistency is crucial; trust that this method is effective.
You are aware that you were lying here, reflecting on yesterday’s events from today’s viewpoint.
Encourage yourself by envisioning positive outcomes and get ready for any challenges that might arise.
If you're upset about something, let yourself accept it, forgive, and send unconditional love to the situation.

Act as your own guardian angel and reflect on what you learned yesterday to prepare for the day ahead.
When you feel ready, place your hands on your forehead, relax, and open yourself to receiving guidance for the day from your future self.
If you have any questions about your day, feel free to ask.
If you need assistance with something, consult your future self for help.
In summary, concentrate on your heart chakra for the present moment, provide feedback to your lower three chakras, and receive guidance from the future through your upper chakras, following an ascending process of action and reaction.
When you first attempt the exercise, you might not notice a significant change.
However, with continued practice, you'll improve, much like learning to ride a bike. It requires time and practice to build confidence and make it feel natural, but eventually, it will become second nature.
For example, if you're nervous about giving a speech in front of several people, upon waking up in the morning, you can check in with your future self to see how the speech went.
Simply breathe out your worries and expectations, and you'll likely feel a sense of warmth and calmness, indicating that your speech went well.
You'll be calm and confident when delivering the speech because you already know it went well.
Now, let's imagine your speech was terrible, and instead of feeling good, you feel compelled to rewrite it.
If you trust your intuition and follow the guidance to rewrite your speech, you are instantly altering your future, and your speech might turn out better than expected.
This is how people in the future ensure their lives are peaceful and filled with love; the future self is aligned with your higher self.
The guidance on what you can create or contribute aligns with the highest energy of destiny, providing positive inspiration for your future.
If you receive negative guidance, it indicates a disconnection from your higher self and deception by low vibration energy.
Be cautious, discern your energy, and stay vigilant to stay on the right path.
